If my child is unable to attend a particular lesson, what will happen to the paid fees?
If your child is unable to attend a session, a Medical Certificate (MC) or a medical clinic receipt must be provided for the fees to be carried forward to the following month. The MC or receipt may be dated up to two days before the scheduled training session.
An exception applies if your child tests positive for COVID-19, receives a Health Risk Warning, or lives with a household member who is COVID-positive. In such cases, credit will be brought forward to the next available class.
You may also withdraw from a class at least 48 hours before the session. Please note that all credits have a validity period.

Can I join anytime, or do I need to wait for the next intake?
You do not need to wait for the next intake. Our programme is designed so that key techniques and concepts are regularly revisited in future terms. This ensures players can jump in at any point and still progress effectively — practice makes perfect. For players showing exceptional potential, we also offer progression opportunities into our Excellence Team, which focuses on more advanced training and competitive play.
If my child is advanced, can they move up to the next class even if they are not yet old enough?
Only with the coach’s permission. We ask that your child first attend a class within their age group. Once the coach has had the opportunity to assess your child — alongside the dynamics of both the current and next-level classes — a decision will be made based on ability, attitude, physical size, and class sizes to ensure the best fit.
What is your coach-to-student ratio?
We maintain specific coach-to-student ratios to ensure each child receives the attention and guidance they need at every stage of their development. For the Under-6 age group, we keep a ratio of one coach to eight students. In the Under-8 category, the ratio increases slightly to one coach to ten students. For Under-10s, we maintain one coach to twelve students, and for the Under-12 and Under-14 groups, the ratio is one coach to fifteen students. These structured ratios help us provide age-appropriate support and maintain quality across all sessions.
Are your coaches certified?
Yes, all our coaches are certified through our in-house training programme, specifically developed to meet the standards required for working with children. They follow a structured curriculum and ensure that each week’s objectives are effectively met.
Do the children get to play matches?
Absolutely! Our coaches regularly organise inter-venue matches, giving students a chance to experience competitive play in a fun and supportive environment. We also host the annual 5v5 Fiesta — a thrilling tournament where all our students compete for the championship title, proudly representing their home venue.
Are there any registration fees?
Yes, all new students are required to pay a one-time registration fee of $100. This includes a full training kit (jersey top, shorts, and socks) and a football. The size of the ball will be appropriate for your child’s age group.
